We brought in professional photography when others were still using cell phones. We introduced video before anyone believed it mattered. We hosted large-scale open houses while others insisted they were a waste of time. We were first in Nutley, arguably in the state, to leverage social media to actually sell homes, not just post them.
We built a YouTube channel to showcase not just our listings, but the lifestyle of Nutley itself. We created a brand that represents this town and expanded it far beyond local borders.
While others are just now trying to define their identity, we built the luxury market in Nutley from the ground up.
